      Pros

      Management is phenomenal! Pay is decent for a college student. Very good part-time job. Very flexible about vacation and sick time

      Cons

      benefits are not very generous. Would be a lot nicer if there was employer matching for 401k. benefits are really only downfall.

      Pros

      PPG is a very numbers driven organisation and with high level of focus on driving shareholder value and is very prudently managed and therefore a strong dependable prospect as the way they managed the recent global recession demonstrated.

      Cons

      As a general rule PPG does not rank creativity and innovation and is quite a conservative organisation with low levels of risk taking (may be not a down side??) However, for people looking for a dynamic creative environment probably PPG would be disappointing.
