- Opportunities in career development across markets within the Organization; - Woman's health is top priority; - Sustained personal & professional development.

Cons

- Workloads are often not reasonable; - Salary is designed based on salary range within each position. You can have a salary increase if your salary is still within the range. However, salary range within each position is changed without any explanation provided to employees. Thus, employees will not have any increase in salary because as if the salary already exceeds the range. I might call it a scam.
