Hasnt quite got its strategy right. Leaders coming in from ex Company Merck are following its old practices of divide and rule. Instead of taking advantage of the new life of a new company. All the awards that the Company received externally on Human Resources are front dont mirror the actual culture in the company. Its a sham - the awards were brought by advocacy and building up cases
