      Cons

      Organon is still a very new company. We're building so some things can feel like an uphill battle. But, everyone is here because they believe in Organon's mission of enhancing women's health. We're here because we want to be. And that makes the challenges that we face worth it every day.

      Pros

      Normal package as in every average company in Switzerland. Vacations, flexibility of working from home, benefits such as 500chf for wellness if you are Senior Specialist, rail fare reimbursement.

      Cons

      Extremely high workload, disrespectful environment, bullying and exclusion are common practices, a lot of pressure and favouritism, no clarity on roles and responsibilities, everything falls on the supply planner. Not transparency, very outdated systems. People work on 3 or 4 systems with tight deadlines and are expected to deliver maximum results with the poor tools offered. A true disappointment of the company
