      Good financial frames and flexible working arrangements

      Cons

      High pressure, low employee appreciation, work around the clock, fear is common, hypocrisy is generally good awarded. Company is trying to make marketing campaign around the woman. But burnout and low standard in own environment is common. Hire and fire mentality. Making employees look stupid at the end.

      New spin off company, steep learning curve.

      Cons

      I have been working for minimum 16 hours per day. On average I work 12 hours a day even on off-peaks. I do not think I am being paid enough for this.
