      Good company culture and benefits. Good commission scheme. Good learning curve.

      Cons

      Extremely lean team with inexperienced management team, with minimal support. You are expected to find your answers as manager may not be able to help. Promotes work-life balances, however, do expect calls and messages after work hours, during medical leaves and annual leaves. Management may be considered as micromanagers for majority. Promotes transparency but does not walk the talk.
