      Pros

      There is a fantastic culture; putting people first, offering flexibility and inclusion, celebrating successes and supporting when needed. I have learned so much, there are many people willing to share knowledge and expertise and there is a clear expectation for my role whilst giving room to grow and develop. It is very easy to be proud of working for Organon. A great company with Women's Health as it's priority, filled with passionate founders (employees) who love what they do and work collaboratively to create a successful business. Pros

      Every business has room for improvement and Organon are early in the journey of being a stand alone company. Leadership listens well so any cons are addressed and improved.

      Not applicable because the company has very toxic culture when interviewing new hires.

      Cons

      I was interviewed by one of the legacy workers from the separation of Mersk and my experience with that person was very bad. That person seem to be very arrogant due to the person long service in the company and behaved blunt during Q&A sessions
