      I had a great career with this company, including significant promotions into roles with global responsibilities.

      Pros

      Global company, able to work with colleagues, staff and executive management across the world. Historically, lots of interesting travel but that has been curtailed through better use of collaboration tools and video conferencing.

      Cons

      Several major senior executive management team changes over the past 5 years, including changes presently being made. Company continues to receive global telecommunications industry awards, but competition is very stiff, and there are lots of cost cutting actions being taken. A lot of employee nervousness about whether they are "next".

      It was a great company, employees, managers.

      Cons

      An interview i got one information, but after joining this company our psychological contract was breached. It was difficult to work there after that.

      - flexible working arrangements. - some lovely people work here. - office space is nice.

      Cons

      - life really depends on your direct manager. Some can be wonderful and others abhorrent. - The Australian business is like a freckle for this company, and so the influence and benefits are in accordance. - No leadership training to help some very poor managers. - No career progression in Australia really, and no training or staff development.
