      Pros

      Average insurance coverage and diverse work environment.

      Cons

      Outdated internal tecnology systems patched/ cobbled together making it extremely difficult to support customers in a timely manner. The great benefits are an illusion - you have to jump through many hoops to take your annual and sick leave. Company disrespects US Labor laws (Wrongful termination, Race and Gender Discrimination etc). Lots of foreign employees with questionable "right to work" in USA status Most employees have not received pay raises for the during of their employment there. Losing marketshare to American competitors - company is a fraction of what it once was in Atlanta.

      Great PTO policy, small company feel in North America, opportunity for career growth/advancement, some really great people work at Orange

      Cons

      Lack of support from French headquarters in North America, difficult to be innovative, entrenched old school telco culture that is afraid of change

      The main reasons to work there are: the ability to maintain work-life-balance, and it is a big company with a lot of platforms and skills to practice .

      Cons

      Unstable corporate , VERY slow to implement new ideas , you can get lost with the company bureaucracy. upper management and mid-management is mid low quality, just Fire fighting ,fear-based culture, high turnover. micromanaging.
