      Pros

      Orange built its reputation in network and security equipment sales, and in its private MPLS network. They do this well.

      Cons

      In the US, when they enter new businesses, they underinvest and give up on them pretty easily. Very hard to get salary increases, bonuses for professionals typically about 85% of what promised.

      Pros

      Great perks and on the whole lovely people to work with. I had faith in the network's capability and always felt proud to work for Orange.

      Cons

      Very autocratic at times and decisions at management level that would have improved things throughout the company were passed through so may layers that their relevance and effectivity came redundant.
