      Pros

      Good environment. Big impact on business and the scale of responsibility is worth to stick with them for a longer while.

      Cons

      Lack of talents, it's a former monopolist on the market so if you are looking for a intellectual stimulation among your piers or managers you will not find it here.

      Pros

      It was easy to get a job with Orange, and the staff benefits were good, the wage was good for the area the call centre was located in, there were a variety of shifts available.

      Cons

      Highly stressful work, staff penalised for almost everything, too many members of staff signed off with depression, many staff sacked after being off work sick. too stats orientated If you take your time & actually resolve the problems you are penalised for spending too much time on the call customer service secondary to stats

      Pros

      Great place to work, great people and very fun games. I really enjoyed working there and made tones of friends.

      Cons

      I had to move to ireland as GOA decided not to open more position in France. Marketing was crap and high management had no clue what the game were
