      Pros

      Orange offers a very flexible work environment which allows you to get your work done from anywhere. Sales and Technical team are some of the best in industry and peers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance was increasingly difficult to achieve. Too much process which gets in the way of selling solutions to customers. Company is reorganizing and lost focus of core product and business and question growth in Americas.

      Working in Orange Business Service is like working in typical MNC enjoying many benefits example cab facility that not many company prefer to provide to Employee

      Cons

      Gradually the employee friendly culture is vanishing.....becoming more like Indian Telco.

      Great place to work, but not with it's downsides

      Pros

      This place has a lot of intelligent people. It is also quite multi-cultural with a lot of nationalities working together. Being part of a global group gives a lot of opportunity to work with colleagues, customers and suppliers across the world.

      Cons

      Telecoms is always changing and is reflected in the continual re-organizations. This is not unlike other telecom/mobile companies I've worked for (e.g. Vodafone) Some senior executives don't have the "full package" and you wonder how they got there.
