Pros
Benefits outside the salary are quite good, actually way better than what other companies offer. OBS being Orange, it has big exposure to big projects so if you're lucky enough you can get into really cool projects.
Cons
My personal experience wasn't good. I was basically forced by my superiors to relocate for a project about 300 miles from where I live with inadequate housing accommodations. Though I respectfully declined I was pretty much yelled at although I had quite clearly said that I would not move away from where I live before joining. Unfortunate but it's part of the experience you get from life. The pay scale is not great, I know some of my school-mates who earned much more at other companies of similar size and for similar roles. It's a matter of luck really, there's no other thing to it. The upper management tries to promote the image of a big family where the new ones are taken care of but my personal experience never even came close to friendliness (again : it was down to bad luck).
