Pros
Great things to do and learn, good exposure to a lot of large, interesting group wide projects. They're a fair company, as fair as corporations are in this day and age. Fair employer, legally compliant, good work atmosphere.
Cons
They're too big to notice the individual. The financial considerations, the market evolution and all the other shareholders concerns determine a deviation from the stated principles and from those features of the Orange brand that are constantly professed within the organization and towards customers. Promotions to middle and upper management were sometimes kind of strange.
