      1. Excellent Work Life balance 2. Employee Friendly HR and Policies 3. Provides ample of chances to grow (e.g. to do certifications) 4. Free AC cabs, with good condition 5. Understands and has culture that helps working moms

      Orange is a great company to work for! Unlike other American based telecom companies, they are dedicated to their culture and values. Work/life balance is not simply touted by management- it is a reality that makes Orange a great place to work for those that need the flexibility. Wherever you are in your career, Orange is the place to grow and advance to the next level in the global telecom industry.
