      Pros

      Exellent benefits, flexible work time, work from home possible, nice colleagues. Until 2012/2013 company with its own spirit and maintained values and honesty towards employees.

      Cons

      Since the new management took over (the swedish-Finnish team) this company is not the same anymore. Values are no more valid, work atmosphere terrible and IT department got killed by outsourcing. More layoffs possible. No real improvement of customer service, remains to be seen if revenue can be kept stable

      Pros

      Orange Business Services is a professional workplace. Everything is structured and clear defined. While working there, I feel that i actually have a purpose. By helping hundreds of people around the globe!

      Cons

      Since i am working on a 24/7 shift system, it can be difficult to do a part time professional training like CCNA or any other programme.
