      The best working athosphere, good managers always trying to motivate you, good commissions over the base salary.

      The training is not exactly the best, it is almost impossible to promote in the company so it is good as a temporal job, not for the future.

      The main reasons to work there are: the ability to maintain work-life-balance, and it is a big company with a lot of platforms and skills to practice .

      Unstable corporate , VERY slow to implement new ideas , you can get lost with the company bureaucracy. upper management and mid-management is mid low quality, just Fire fighting ,fear-based culture, high turnover. micromanaging.
