Pros
A lot of smart people work there , coworkers have great industry knowledge, a lot of freedom. A good place to be if you have a family and a lot of years of experience, but if you're early on in your career, no real advancement opportunities.
Cons
Not a lot of structure or teamwork collaboration, lack of guidance. There was a lot of miscommunication about the overall goal/function of the company. Everybody had different opinions about what the company was working towards which lead towards politics and tension. Male dominated, some of the males harassed female coworkers.
