      Work life balance. Cab service. Lot of learning opportunities. Good Culture. Decent compensation.

      Very less promotion chances. Very flat hierarchy. Employee engagement activities and facilities could be increased.

      Pros

      Financial security such as you have with every big corporation.

      Cons

      OB yet entered the stage of employee dehumanization just to save costs. Unification of everything, even the wallpapers in PC, no investment into employee experience. Offshoring to low costs regardless of the lack of skills there. Freezes on every spending, with the exception of top execs travel of course :-).
