      Pros

      Good working culture and the Swedish office has really nice people. You get the freedom with hybrid working and you don’t get questioned or micro managed.

      Cons

      If you need to work across teams in other countries might not be fun(depends). Workloads can range from high to super high especially if you are ambitious and would like to learn.
