Was sexually harassed daily, had to go to therapy to deal with the constant harassment. Open floor plan allows men to come to your desk and talk to you endlessly, HR does nothing to stop it, even if you file a complaint. Was truly anxious all day long while working here. When I complained to management they victim-blamed and said I should change what I wear to work, rather than addressing the aggressor's behavior. Management does not care about you, only cares about hitting their sales goals. Men do not listen to women's input and will openly ignore you/ talk over you. New accounts/ products to sell every single June 1. If you are working a deal and it crosses a cut off you do not get paid, the new rep does. No incentive to work hard. They DO NOT care about their customers at all, not even a little bit. I honestly think that senior management is a bunch of incompetent ex-frat boys, including Mark Hurd. Never took a sick day because my manager always made me feel terrible for being at work.

Back stabbing of colleagues Complex rules regulations and procedures and admin heavy systems which takes away from your ability to sell Customers coming last, employees second last Do the dirty now apologies later (if caught) Promises renaged on XLOB politics and infighting are closer to the real company culture Toe the line or your life is made very difficult If you ask for assistance from support areas you are a pain and creating work for them....REALLY You need a BIG gun, a horse and a holster to fit in there is so many cowboys in the place. Yeeeehawwww!!
