      Really good facilities, gym and health care.

      Cons

      The new ODP team has been set up completely disorganised. No product training what so ever. The expectation is to hit targets and the team has been forced to engage in customer interactions without any knowledge of what they are actually selling. Oracle is very self service but you cannot expect results if the employees do not know the core basis of what it is we actually need to sell. Allot of new faces, many without any tech background at all. No real slow introduction at a high level to at least gain some knowledge

      Pros

      Excellent pay, work from home, great benefits.

      Cons

      Antiquated processes, redundant jobs/groups, high turnover. They hire a lot of people away from other companies with the promise of a 6 figure salary (which was true, at least in my case), but then lay off a huge number of those employees within a year.
