      Big company with a lot of benefits, flexibility (can work from home). Great worklife balance

      Cons

      Hard core sales (people does not really care about the client). Products don't work very well (below the everage of IT companies). No real meritocracy. Poor Management.

      -Products -Sales Team -Real Sales company (with discutable methods sometimes) -Now (2018) there is lots of internal opportunities (lot of people getting or fired or quitting)

      Cons

      -Process Process Process (Deal breaker sometimes, and it s a shame..) -Recognition -Achievement overall dropped really down -Data quality used to build targets and portfolio : leads to very high difference from a portfolio and another while they have same targets... usually not reachable
