Pros
1) Flexible work culture. Work life balance. 2) Great technical people all around to guide you. 3) If you are amongst the hard working people then very good hikes and benefits 4) Stock options/RSU give to high performing individuals which is a hallmark of a good product based company. 5) For technical people lot of scope to learn.
Cons
1) You might get bored after a while as work becomes repetitive. But you can still change products/modules if you talk to managers. 2) No fair opportunities for people who want to move abroad like US/UK. 3) HR is terrible, which i think is omnipresent across IT
