      Pros

      1. Interesting work - part of a world class development / sales team 2. Great place to learn new stuff - vast resources available internally 3. HQ campus is really nice, lots of space, gym is great, six cafeterias to get lunch

      Cons

      1. Salaries not competitive / raises are seldom - usually only for selected few in the team 2. Hiring people in US is almost always under 'freeze' - if someone leaves then the rest of the team just gets more work - replacement hires are seldomly approved 3. Direction of new products / aquisitions is sometimes confusing.

      It is a great company. I had a happy time when I worked for Oracle, I would like to join it again.

      Cons

      It is a great company, but recently it is not pay much attention to his employees, especial the common guys.

      This is a very good place to work. Oppurtunity to perform many different areas in computer science and engineering field to produce quality high level products.

      Cons

      No matter what the coporate obectives and standards you still have to deal with Individuals. Individuals can impact the experience of how people feel about the company.
