      Pros

      Opportunity to learn - Oracle has acquired many companies in past 5 years. There are good opporunities to learn about various technologies and application domains. Work life balance - Being a 75000 people company Oracle eventhough agressive still offers good work life balance. That includes a great gym and possibility to work from home some times.

      Cons

      Easy to get lost in this huge corporation - This a big melting pot of different company cultures as a result of multiple acquisitions. Oracle does not have a program to help people move around in various departments and sometimes its difficult to even move to other groups. One has to carefully manage career here on own.

      Pros

      Descent family work life balance. Great gym and food cafe. Flexibilty in remotely working. Overall business strategy for the company is excellent in absorbing smaller companies and increasing revenue.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive. No career growth. Too Large and organization with large layers of management chain. Sometimes looks endless. management sometimes too lax dependent on where you are. Lot of cross team politics.

      Innovation and Opertunities to work on Cutting Edge technolgies. Storng leadership from Larry and his directs.

      Cons

      Cheap Company, Development/Engineering people doesn't get paid according to market conditions(standard increments or zero Hikes every year) , only option is to leave the company to get good money. Basically people who stay long get underpaid . Company gets lot of hours from the employees especially in the development org
