      Pros

      You make your number, you're fine. Well known and respected name with lots of contact and reach into thousands of customers.

      Cons

      Mark Hurd's phliosophy (or lack there of) has essentially taken money out of sales peoples pockets. Hire more people with less experience, and pay them less is his approach. The result is a mass exodus of top talent over the last 3 yrs.
