      Pros

      The people are the best thing about working at Oracle. There are some technically savvy, intelligent people working there that make the job interesting and fun. New challenges every day and the opportunity to learn new things occasionally.

      Cons

      Management seems disconnected from their teams. There is no feeling that employees are valued and no mentoring or advanced opportunities. You must be self-motivated to work here.

      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible hours, on-site gym. Lots of informative events, can get a lot done inside the company (laundry, exercise lessons, massages). Company is stable and doing well on the market.

      Cons

      Large company, things can move slow sometimes. There is the usual politics and groups don't always cooperate as they have different goals.
