      Pros

      Work is interesting as well as challenging. Flexible timings, work from home allowed, management open to ideas. Lots of time for your own projects.

      Cons

      No hikes, no bonus,. Probably at the lower end of compensation spectrum for Product companies. Good people leaving company for better paying jobs..

      Pros

      It has good work culture, with freedom on your way of working. Pays lot of emphasis on work life balance. Lots of leaves Emphasis on traing and development.

      Cons

      No increments. Preformance Appraisals not linked with increments or promotions. Management perception is the most important factor in promotion excercise. No growth plan in place. It is more of show business than actual hard work. Very little opportunity to move internally to a different line of business.
