      Flexible work environment, more grounded in chaos theory than orchestrated progress

      Pros

      Flexible work environment (but don't kid yourself... it is less expensive for Oracle) Never boring High degree of ability to change (in fact happens every FY start like clockwork) Good compensation (but stalled over last few years)

      Cons

      Really... really big Middle and upper management are "celebrity" like... you know they are there... but you only see them in pictures. 12-month horizon for any strategy change

      Pros

      Overall, good place to work. People are great to work with, lots of learning on the job, nice company to have on your resume.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end for most positions. It's hard to make a living for most people. Promotions seem to be given to those to get along with sr management, not just performance.
