      Laid back culture, very flexible timings and easy to work from home

      Cons

      No annual reviews -- your performance is a mystery, as is your bonus, promotion, and salary increases The easy working culture leads to a sense of complacency that can lead to slacking off, a decline in motivation to develop and maintain market relevant skills, and a general sense of working for the pay check without ever going the extra mile (which is rarely rewarded). The employee loses and the company loses... Managers do not want their employees to push hard, and if they do, they feel threatened by them. So, they don't want to go the extra mile to grow, and they don't want you to either Little management accountability for how your performance is determined.
