      Pros

      it offers higher position compared to other competitor, such as big 4. I have just jointed, so I will have to make up for the rest. oracle is developing so fast compared to big 4, they are definitely getting a edge over others. the learning experience of oracle financial also sounds cool, for sap does not seem to be as promising as oracle financial in the long run. oracle seems to be more open minded and provides more room for professional growth.

      Cons

      I asked for too little. seems they can pay more, but anyway, 10k is nothing compared to a good career.
