      Pros

      If you have a family and kids, want to take it easy and settle down in life, work at Oracle. Or, as an entry level job, Oracle is not a bad place to work for a year or two to add to your resume. Because it looks better on the resume than it actually is. The fitness center is good.

      Cons

      Reward for level of contribution vary widely between groups. If you are unlucky to be in the wrong group, forget about career advancement. If you are looking for some exciting work to motivate you, this is not the place to be.

      Pros

      Exciting place to work - compared to some large companies it is a fast paced work environment. Cool technology. Prestigous brand. Diverse set of products and opportunity to move around within company if you are good at what you do. Great campus and pretty decent overall benefits package

      Cons

      Top management are strong but plenty of examples of poor management lower down the levels. Very political - lot of empire building mentality. Easy to burn out. Salaries not always competitive and bonus payment not reliable

      It definitely provides lot of things in a nice way Overall, it's a good company, except for some politics in the company and pay packages

      Cons

      no recognition of work. Pretty bad pay packages.
