Some consider its a good brand. Flexible timings. Learn new frameworks(if you are lucky enough to get into such a team) Learn various applications which have good opportunities outside. Good for people who are in the middle and higher management. Free internet !!!

Cons

Money minded management. Very unfriendly towards employees. Salary and bonuses differ within the company between different teams. It all depends on which team you are into. Very frustrating when you get to know less experienced people earning more than other more experienced people. Good for new recruits for the first couple of years(after which they cannot expect good hikes)
