      Many downsides, not a great place to work. Good severance package for the laid off people.

      Pros

      In the last 4 years of my service, I did not see any positives from the organization. Only pros is they have given a good severance package for those who got laid off.

      Cons

      1. Only one salary hike in 4 years 2. Negligible promotions 3. Periodic workforce reduction. 4. Tremendous work pressure. 5. Terminating good performing employees.
