good brand name, opportunity to work with awesome new technology, best place to learn about the horizontals and grow into technical consultant role

Cons

non competitive compensation policies, low scope of work visibility across teams, freshers get more than experienced in the same team without considering for hike of experienced developers, no US/HQ visits to interact with other teams

1. Extremely flexible culture, work at your own hours, work from home and all that 2. Good training course available within the company 3. Competitive pay at the starting 4. Work culture is very good, people are friendly and helpful 5. Easy internal transfer policy

Cons

1. Slow growth, almost seniority based 2. very less hikes though it seemed to improve after recession 3. Technical learning is limited due to nature of the work 4. Incompetent employees get promoted because of seniority and good people have no choice but to look for opportunities outside the company
