- work life balance - booking stock

- broken promises: remote work changed to on-site work after few months - compensation sub-par wrt the market - budget - tech stack - most engineers are weak system design wise

The schedule is at least ok

Cons

Insane micro management and you are literally always hounded about performance. You are expected to take abuse from customers and cannot disconnect from an abusive customer without prior authorization
