Great team that supported and tried to teach me as much as possible.

Cons

Poor management, lack of internal resources, never-ending projects because of employees that leave the company and don't pass on the project. Weak guidance, I spent almost a year and was never given real work or responsabilities, I had days where I wasn't given any work from the manager. Very slow rhythm of work.

Everything about the management. The working rules were constantly changed so that the employees would do whatever it takes to convince people to sign a contract.
