      Pros

      Interesting group with a corporate culture privileging empowerment . Agile and lean approach to business developpement. Proximity within the teams across all hierarchy levels.

      Cons

      Somewhat constrained financial scale resulting in the need to walk the tightrope between development ambitions and tight budget. This sometime limit the capacity to deliver on ambition sincerely supported by the management and board of the company.

      Team helpful and good collaboration overall

      Lay off without notice No vision of the product future They keep changing product and app in between No proper planning and lots of pressure to deliver without really know the work you are delivering will be of any use to the clients as they keep discarding them later due to lack of budget very bad people management CTO insults people and downgrades them without trying to help A big mess overall - you don't even know when you might be sacked even though you are giving your best to move the project forward - no respect of your work/time dedicated
