      Pros

      many complex technical challenges, unlimited infrastructure for projects if needed, good offices , plenty of good peoples. If you have good ideas, everything could go very fast. Good work/family balance.

      Cons

      No organisation, less and less rewards for good developers more focus on management. CxO partially disconnected from field. No vision for future, more and more in day to day projects.

      Expect a lot of work and pressure. Things are moving very fast and you have to follow. Whatever the boss ask, you should do it, and quickly.
