The entire company is like our solar system, with the chairman as the Sun at the center, and regional / functional heads each being a planet, with small moons on which you'll be working. If you're lucky enough to be far away, on a moon of Neptune or Uranus, you'll be fine. If you're close to the center planets, you're entire life will be influenced by the whims and tantrums of the Sun and your own planet... - late night conference calls (mandatory) - no disconnection allowed during holidays - performance is not rewarded, only blind loyalty and dedication - extremely high-pressure environment - some of the worst Regional/Country managers you'll ever come across in your career, liars, cheaters, dishonests, all your successes are theirs, all the failures are yours.
