Global Organisation. Leader in Pharma

Cons

Toxic, backstabbing, blame culture. Constant reorganisations and no clear strategy especially regarding IT. Future for Dublin uncertain. Continue to hire in people even though it’s known that reorg is pending and team, manager or often the role itself may be subject to change, removal or move to another location. Most jobs involve extraordinary levels of admin and deskilling in IT is an inevitability if you spend too long here.

I don't find any reason to work in this company.Not eligible to get even 1 rating.

Cons

No growth ,it's like govt company and no one cares or appreciate your work ,big time politics.Worst leadership.No respect to employees.You won't get opportunities outside if you work long term. Namesake policies don't attract with 6 months paternity leaves and work homes you will fall into trap ,it's not in reality.
