Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, okay pay, great colleagues and a nice environment. There's a chance to learn and grow, and managers trust their direct reports when it comes to new projects or tasks. Unfortunately it's become rare to find a fair corporate in Prague that values its employees appropriately, thus for me Novartis is a real gem.
Cons
It can be difficult to get promoted depending on the department.
