Cons

Generally, less promotion opportunities, and too political in office as in some other companies, and communication cross functions not good

Great Pipeline, good people, highly respected company, very ethical, Huge Company, nice perks, treated their employees well while in meetings.

Cons

You are still just a number, goals change about every 6 months, not many women in upper managment. Access continues to be challenging even when you had the best products to sell.

Competition is often a problem. The location is a bit sad, Basel does not offer much. Swiss dialect as language
