Huge company with lots of different paths for individual development. The comapny also supports employees with individual development plans based on skills, interests and background.

Cons

The size of the company has the disadvantage that many processes are well defined and many people/functions are involved. Therefore, quick decisions or individual ideas are difficult to realize.

Cons

Internal environment is highly political, politics is being played at every level, technical skills, knowledge and hard work cannot take you to the top, but managing your manager and being manager's pet are the real skills required to grow here
