Novartis truly has some of the best people I have ever worked with. Opportunities to work overseas. Fair compensation. If you work for it, the company is willing to work with you to move into different departments, etc,

Cons

In my experience there was an overabundance and over use of email. Work life balance could have used some improvement. Too many "firedrills"
