      A very unfair company and persecuting employees

      I cannot list anything good

      Cons

      I was persecuted by this company for speaking my mind in 2007; I did not get any promotion until 2017 when I left the company even though I had all qualifications to be promoted; I filed a complaint with their Ethics Commission because cannot keep this quiet anymore and no answer was provided to me - I even provided the names of the people I want investigated; seems this Pharma thinks they are above the law - I will not hesitate to get a lawyer

      Surprised how deep rooted the politics play here. The entire leadership in Hyderabad is filled with frauds and lying managers. No growth for associates who don't speak Bengali. Surprised why no one complains to anyone about the injustice these team leads and group heads play against the Bengali. They not only play favouritism but also pull down other associates. Disgusting environment.

      Above average salary compared to similar roles in Prague, Czech Republic. Annual bonus is almost equal to 1.5 month salary.

      Cons

      Complete misleading, wrong or lack of info about the role and real expectations during all interviews. Me and my other colleagues in procurement felt like we were terribly fooled after the on-boarding and seeing the actual status and behaviours from the management. This company is till trying to become a corporate. Lack of realistic planning, complete mess and they actually add 3-4 different specialized job roles into 1 position and expect you to serve for everything.
