nothing much good point to highlight

Cons

management is really bad, especially the female management is so emotional and harassing the staff obviously. Even the escalated cade are not properly investigated.

Great company, benefits, culture - not followed but half the leadership

Benefits are great Salaries are good Lot of nice initiatives where you can volunteer and have opportunity to work with people out of your team and make a difference at site level Culture is very modern and open minded (unboss etc) Good & smart people work there in all domains and countries

Cons

Many managers are behaving against the culture - micromanaging, lack of transparency Politics are so heavy and common pushing people to be competitive and act like snakes, smile in front and stab in back making it hard to feel safe and trust sometimes
