      Great people, terrible culture

      Pros

      The people you work with day-to-day are brilliant. Flexible in terms of work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is generally on the low end of the scale for the same job titles elsewhere. 'EXCO' members all out of touch with staff and try to micromanage everything. Being forced to come into a smaller office with hotdesking because they need to justify what they spent on it. ZERO culture within the company. As long as you clock in and clock out then they are content with what's going on.

      Okay place to gain some supply chain experience for your CV but keep it short term

      Cons

      Would avoid - toxic atmosphere in the Newcastle office with a crony culture surrounding senior management. Pathetic behaviour as well from one of the directors who threatened to bad mouth me to my new employer after I submitted my notice. Reported this direct to HR who said they would keep me updated but of course nothing came out of it. Not a nice place to work.

      Company that make a difference in the transport industries but crippled by low performance environnement

      Pros

      Good Salary: Nomad is paying well. Colleagues: The people at Nomad are nice. Low pressure and low objectives.

      Cons

      Low performance environment: The absence of HR process to hire makes the bar for new hire low. The same bar apply for existing employee. Lack of culture: There is no Culture at nomad in the day to day activities.
