- Opportunity to work with a large group of people - Opportunity to work on a wide range of topics and select your topic to a decent degree - They try to be inclusive of all races, religions, etc.

Cons

- Very poor organization of information regarding the technical activities thus hard to get a grip of the situation when you first join - Very targeted in terms of how to spend their available budget (in filing patents, joining conferences, etc. ) - For the new site (massy)-> bad quality and in some cases lack of office supply.
